Processing of personal data and privacy policy - EU Regulation 2016/679
1. Data controller
I.G. Incerti Plast S.r.L with registered office in Via Cavidole 1/b – 41051 Castelnuovo Rangone (MO) - Italy (the "Company", "I.G. Incerti Plast S.r.L" or the "Data Controller") guarantees compliance with the regulations on the protection of personal data by providing the following information about the processing of data communicated or however collected in the course of navigation on this site.
2. Data processed, purpose and legal basis for processing
Data generated by access to the site
I computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols.
These data(such as for example domain names, IP addresses, operating system used, type of browser devices used for connection) are not accompanied by any additional personal information and are used to: i) obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site; ii) manage control needs of the modalities of use of the same; iii) ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes.
The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of such data is the need to make usable features of the site as a result of the access of the user.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
Personal data provided by the user through forms are collected and processed for the following purposes:
- for the performance of customer relationship activities according to contractual agreements;
- for administrative purposes and for the fulfillment of legal obligations such as those of accounting, tax, or to give effect to requests of judicial authorities;
- in the presence of specific consent, for the periodic sending, via e-mail, of newsletters and advertising material;
- in the presence of specific consent, to receive updates on our activities and reports on the publication of our blog posts;
- in the presence of specific consent, to receive promotional communications and invitations to events, training courses, webinars, special promotions or to participate in analysis and market research
- in the case of sending resumes, exclusively for selection purposes.
The legal basis legitimizing the processing is the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same. In the cases expressly indicated, the legal basis is the consent freely given by the data subject.
3. Nature of conferment
Apart from what is specified for navigation data and for data collected through the site, the conferment of data:
with respect to the purposes referred to in letters a), b) and f) is optional but refusal will make it impossible for I.G. Incerti Plast to carry out the contractual commitments undertaken.
With respect to the purposes referred to in letters c), d) and e) is also optional and their use is conditional on the granting of explicit consent. Any refusal will make it impossible for I.G. Incerti Plast to send newsletters and advertising material or invitations to events and initiatives of I.G. Incerti Plast.
4. Modalities of data processing and retention times
The data collected will be processed by means of electronic or otherwise automated, computerized and telematic instruments, or by means of manual processing with logic strictly related to the purposes for which the personal data were collected and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security of the same. The data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the management of the purposes for which the data are collected in compliance with current regulations and legal obligations.
In any case I.G. Incerti Plast practices rules that prevent the retention of data indefinitely and therefore limits the retention time in compliance with the principle of minimization of data processing.
5. People authorized to process, responsible for and communication of data
The processing of the collected data is carried out by internal staff of I.G. Incerti Plast identified for this purpose and authorized of the processing according to specific instructions given in compliance with current regulations.
The data collected, if it is necessary or instrumental for the execution of the indicated purposes, may be processed by third parties appointed as external data processors, or, as the case may be, communicated to the same as autonomous data controllers, namely:
- companies that are part of our corporate group for the purposes referred to in point 1 letters a), b) and f);
- persons, companies, associations or professional firms that provide assistance and consulting services to our Company, for the purposes referred to in point 1 lett. b) and f);
- companies, entities, associations that perform services related and instrumental to the execution of the above purposes (market analysis and research service, credit card payment management, computer systems maintenance).
The data collected may also be transferred abroad, to companies that are and are not part of our corporate group, including outside the European Union in the forms and ways provided for in current regulations, guaranteeing in all cases an adequate level of protection.
In any case, personal data will never be disseminated.
6. Rights of the data subject
At any time you can access your data, object to the processing or request the deletion, modification or updating of all personal information collected by I.G. Incerti Plast, exercising the right to restriction of processing and the right to data portability, by sending an e-mail to info@igincertiplast.it
